- Location: AAO – Fort Ontario Complex (north end of E 4th St), Oswego

- Photos (copies are best), and/or pictures from magazines,
- Lightweight textiles such as woven fabrics, old lace or crochet, string, cheesecloth, etc.
- Ephemera, such as sheet music, free online images (Try the Graphics Fairy if you like vintage. You can search for others as well)
- Some song lyrics, quotes or poetry you really like, or just a collection of words you can cut up and piece together.
- Favorite art materials you already have at home, that will provide a personal touch to your collage

- Instructor: Beth Sotherden – artist and workshop instructor. Studied painting at Syracuse University. Teaching workshops at Salmon River Fine Art Center and have taught at Oswego Arts Center and Brewerton Center for the Arts. Exhibiting at Salmon River Fine Art Center and Riverside Artisans, as well as numerous group shows and several solo shows.

Pre-registration & pre-payment are required. We cannot hold a class at these costs unless we have a minimum of 4 students. Please register using the form below. You will have the option to pay immediately directly from the registration form using PayPal, or pay later using a check or money order. If the class is cancelled by the AAO, or if you cancel at least 7 days prior to the first class, your entire payment will be returned. Payments are otherwise non-refundable.
Checks or Money Orders should arrive at least 7 days before the start of class. If there are fewer than 7 days before class starts and you want to pay by check, you need to contact us first. Checks should be made out to “AAO” and mailed to us at: PO Box 271, Oswego NY 13126. Please note the class name & participant name on the memo line of your check.
