From Robert: “I am the organizer and contact individual of this event and by no means the artist in resident. The Art Association of Oswego Board has approved this opportunity and is providing us with the facility for our Watercolor Painting Sharing Network.
Goals:
• Make time to work on a watercolor project
• Share resources and techniques with one another
• Share work completed
• Help one another with issues, frustrations, suggestions and encouragements”
