Color Clay Workshop

A two-session workshop covering some of the possibilities using color clay in hand-building ceramic projects.

Students will be guided in coloring clay for use in several projects. Colors can be chosen from mason stains in stock at the studio.  Samples of finished pieces will be available, and a demonstration of a few techniques will be made. Students will be able to combine colored clay in patterns and make several hand-built objects during the session.

All pieces completed on Day One will be fired and ready for glazing on Day Two. Students can discuss the overall process during this session.

Students will be able to pick up finished work the following week during open studio hours.
