CLASS: Harvest Stoneware Ceramics

Join instructor Linda Knowles in creating one of a kind teapots, mugs, bowls or candlesticks just in time for the holidays. Bringing drawings, photos and ideas for designs is encouraged. Each class will include a short demonstration of techniques followed by individual support of participants.

• Age and/or skill level: adults aged 16+, prior experience with clay is necessary.
• Class size limit: 8
• Date(s): Wednesdays, Oct 25 – Nov 29. If class members decide to skip the day before Thanksgiving, the class will extend to Dec 6.
• Time(s): 6:00 – 9:00 PM
• Location: AAO – Fort Ontario Complex (north end of E 4th St), Oswego
• Cost: AAO Members = $133, Non-members = $190. + Materials fees to be paid at the first class via cash or check payable to AAO: $15 for glaze & firing; $20 for 25 lbs of clay. (If you already have enough clay, you don’t have to buy more.)
• Instructor: Linda Knowles – Linda is an active artist and retired art teacher with many years of experience in working with clay.
