Ceramics for Christmas

Join Instructors Rebecca Chatterton, Audrey Proto, and Linda Shannon in this seasonal ceramic celebration. Make your own ceramic Christmas gifts and decorations with three instructors and three different project designs: ornaments for tree, wall, or mantle hanging; Christmas tree hot plate or plaque; and Christmas bells that ring – all glazed and finished in time for display and gifting this Christmas.

• Age and/or skill level: Adults (ages 16+), beginner to advanced.
• Class size limit: 10
• When: 6 Saturday mornings, Nov 3 – Dec 8, 10:00 – Noon (skipping Thanksgiving weekend)
• Where: AAO – Oswego Civic Arts Center, Fort Ontario Complex (north end of E 4th St), Oswego it-frm.com. (Google Maps Address: 20 Barbara Donahue Dr)
• Cost: $100 + $18 materials. AAO members pay a discount of $70 + $18 materials. Materials include 12 lbs. of clay, use of studio glazes, and firing fees. You may become a member to qualify for the discount rate. For more information on membership: OswegoArts.org/membership.
• Registration and prepayment are required. Spots are assigned on a first-come basis to those who have completed both steps.
