The Art Association of Oswego will be holding it’s 31st Annual Members’ Exhibition from July 17 through August 15. Our theme this year (which is optional) will be fire, which is open to artistic interpretation. Does the artwork depict fire in some way? Is the artwork made using fire in some way? Anyone who is a current member of the AAO is eligible to enter one or two artworks to the exhibition for a small fee.

Please note that artworks must be dropped off on or before Saturday, July 10. Someone will at the AAO to receive artworks from 10am-Noon.
- Opening Reception: Saturday, July 17 from 7-9PM
- Gallery Hours: July 17 – August 15th, 2021. The Gallery is open from 10am to 1pm on Saturdays, and 1pm – 4pm on Sundays.

We will also be holding a couple of our annual fundraisers during opening weekend of this year’s Members’ Exhibition. Both fundraisers benefit the Art Association of Oswego.
- Small Art Fundraiser: small scale original works of art (no more than 10″ in any direction) are sold for $20 each. The proceeds are split 50/50 between artist and AAO. Anyone interested is welcome to participate; you do not need to be a member. The sale will be open on July 17 & 18 only. Further details coming soon.
- Raku Rendezvous Fundraiser: tying right into this year’s theme of fire, we’ll be holding a Raku ceramics firing event right outside our building on Sunday, July 18, from 10 AM – 3 PM. Ceramic vessels will be available for the public to purchase, glaze themselves, and then participate in (or just watch) the raku firing process. Further details coming soon.
