Beginning students will be introduced to three hand building techniques and throwing on the wheel using low-fire clay. Illustration of slab rolling equipment, use of forms and molds, incising designs, and decoration with glazes and underglazes will all be presented. Students will have time to experiment with all techniques creating works for function or sculpture.
- Age and/or skill level: Adults (ages 16+)
- Class size limit: 10
- When: 6 Thursdays, Feb 1 – March 8, 6-9 PM

- Cost: $190 + $35 materials. AAO members pay a discount rate of $133 + $35 materials. You may become a member to qualify for the discount rate. For more information on membership: OswegoArts.org/membership.
